Our firm is the supplier of ‘Ninfea’ brand silk beddings which are exclusively produced for us in China. Our silk quilts/duvets/comforters are filled with 100 % silk fiber whereas the casings are produced from natural cotton fabrics with various types such as cotton tabby, cotton jacquard, cotton twill and cotton satin. However, casings can be produced from silk fabric as well depending on customer demand.

Silk adjusts body temperature according to climatic conditions and provides a breathable environment for human skin. Since silk fiber retains heat, silk duvets keep body warm in winter and cool in summer.

Ninfea silk duvet is naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites and bacteria. Hence, silk duvets are strongly recommended for kids, allergy, asthma and eczema sufferers. No harmful chemicals are involved during the production process of silk duvets.

Ninfea silk duvet is very lightweight and has higher warmth to weight ratio than wool and cotton duvets. These unique qualities of silk put the silk fiber filled duvets at a distinguished place among others.

Adult sizes of Ninfea silk duvets are available in three weights based on seasonal use:

Duvets for winter: 500 g/m2
Duvets for summer: 250 g/m2
Duvets for all seasons: 400 g/m2

Care Instructions:

Ninfea silk duvets must never be hand washed, machine washed or dry cleaned. Silk is a fiber that loses most of its natural properties when it is washed. Silk duvets must always be used with a removable cover for protection. Washing the cover will be enough for the cleaning of silk duvets. Nevertheless, it is also recommended to leave the duvets in the open air for a couple hours 2-3 times a year.
